As a group, we created a new recipe based on crepidula fornicata (type of shellfish). After cooking it, we were assigned to create the packaging. Our research and target market lead us to creating a Irish/Celtic style identity. The project itself consisted in creating a product that would be sold in a country of our choice (Ireland). “RI” means king in the old Celtic language. Bringing the project to fruition as a team, my job was developing the brand identity and the graphic design of the pack.
Definition of crepidula: This is a species of medium-sized sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Calyptraeidae, the slipper snails and cup and saucer snails.
